Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Shopify Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing product listings, managing inventory and orders, processing returns, responding to customer inquiries, installing and configuring Shopify apps, implementing basic store updates and A/B tests, and monitoring sales reports.
The ideal candidate has proven Shopify experience, strong written English, familiarity with e‑commerce tools (CSV, Google Sheets, basic image editing), and excellent communication skills. Must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly. This is a remote position with flexible hours; training will be provided.
