Responsibilities include passive sourcing, employer branding, interview coaching, onboarding coordination, and mentoring junior recruiters. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, proficiency with ATS and recruiting metrics, and a proactive, candidate-first mindset.
