Job Description
Dynamic Solutions seeks a full-time, in-person Telesales Specialist for Media Wolf TV in Garden Town, Lahore. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9-hour shift. Core duties include engaging referrals, building rapport, presenting platform features, closing consultatively, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with customer support.
- Requirements: strong interpersonal skills, persuasive English communication, BPO or technology sales experience preferred, familiarity with the U.S. market a plus, and a results-oriented, self-driven attitude.
- Compensation and benefits: Rs100,00–Rs200,00/month, performance incentives, paid training, food & fuel allowances, onsite gym and prayer room, paid leave, referral bonuses, and career advancement opportunities.
