Job Description
Vire HR Solutions is seeking an Area Sales Manager to represent Rolin Technology in Islamabad (field role with frequent travel). This full-time position focuses on developing dealer networks and driving electric bike sales across assigned territories.
- Onboard and manage dealers; deliver product demonstrations and training.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis; develop and execute sales strategies.
- Meet sales targets through relationship building, negotiation, and strategic planning.
Requirements: 2–4 years of sales experience (automotive or e-bike preferred), proven dealer development skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and willingness to travel frequently. In-person attendance required. Compensation: PKR 70,00–100,00/month.
