Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Casting Manager to lead casting operations at our Faisalabad ceramics plant. The role requires oversight of process control, quality, and productivity while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
- Lead and monitor casting operations; coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Ensure product quality, productivity targets, and adherence to safety procedures
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and develop staff, enforcing best practices and operational discipline
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Ceramics, or related field; 6–8 years in ceramics/tiles manufacturing; strong casting process expertise and proven leadership. Full-time, on-site position.
