Job Description
Hire Solutions seeks a results-driven Medical Billing Manager for an onsite, full-time position in I-8, Islamabad. Schedule: Monday–Friday (Sat/Sun off), 6:00 PM–2:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of hands-on medical billing experience with proven expertise in end-to-end billing, revenue cycle management, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization.
- Oversee daily billing operations and revenue cycle processes
- Lead, mentor, and make operational decisions for billing teams
- Handle professional client communications, set appointments, close leads, and maintain long-term relationships
- Drive compliance and continuous performance improvement
Strictly onsite managerial role. Competitive salary: Rs130,00–Rs150,00/month (discussed at interview). Applicants without relevant medical billing experience should not apply.
