Job Description
Trip Wizard Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced IT Assistant (1–3 years) for its Islamabad office to support OTA booking platforms and Amadeus GDS integrations. The role includes monitoring transactions, ticketing workflows, payment gateway processes, and troubleshooting booking and technical issues.
- Coordinate with payment gateways/IPGs on settlements and chargebacks
- Manage system access, configuration, and platform integrations
- Investigate and resolve technical incidents; liaise with internal teams
Requirements: 1–3 years in travel-tech or OTA environments, understanding of booking workflows, basic Amadeus GDS knowledge, familiarity with payment gateways, and strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Job type: Full-time; Salary: from Rs45,00/month; Work location: In person.
