Job Description
We are seeking a Services Operations Analyst to ensure efficient service delivery and promote continuous improvement. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, analyzing operational data to identify trends, supporting incident and change management, preparing regular reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in operations or service management
