Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited seeks a full-time, mobile Field FTTx Manager responsible for operations and maintenance of GPON, metro, and carrier networks. Key duties include optical fiber cable (OFC) rehabilitation, revamp and expansion; contingency planning and traffic diversion during emergencies; completing ring topologies to improve resilience and reduce outages; arranging fiber pairs and resolving low-power issues; and coordinating with government agencies on route protection and relocation claims.
- Perform PMR: repairs, handholes, joints, and aerial fixes; PAT of network elements; update GIS/KMZ cable routes.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years’ FTTH field quality, deployment, and operations experience.
- Salary: $110,00–$130,00 per year.
