Job Description
Hurak, a UK EdTech leader, is hiring a full-time on-site Customer Support Representative in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Shift: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries, class/exam bookings and certifications.
- Follow standard processes, resolve cases and handle objections calmly.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; excellent spoken and written English required. 1+ year experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Salary Rs70,00–Rs100,00/month.
