Job Description
We seek a Senior Manager, Global Analytics to lead a cross-functional analytics organization and advance data-driven decisions worldwide. You will define analytics strategy, manage a global team of analysts, develop advanced statistical models and dashboards, and partner with product, marketing, and finance to convert insights into measurable business outcomes. This role reports to the Head of Insights and will influence global growth initiatives.
- Minimum 8 years in analytics with experience managing international teams
- Strong SQL and Python or R skills; proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Expertise in statistical modeling, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
