Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The role requires handling full-cycle hiring, maintaining personnel records, supporting performance reviews, coordinating training, and resolving employee inquiries.
- Responsibilities: full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, records management, benefits and payroll assistance, training coordination, and compliance.
- Qualifications: minimum 2 years HR experience, knowledge of labor law, strong communication skills, strict confidentiality, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.
- Education and work style: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
