Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Manager of Programmatic Advertising to lead programmatic strategy, manage demand-side platforms (DSPs), and optimize cross-channel campaigns to maximize ROI and scale performance.
- Lead strategy and execution of programmatic campaigns, manage budgets and pacing.
- Operate and optimize DSPs (e.g., Google, The Trade Desk) and ensure brand safety and precise targeting.
- Analyze performance data to drive insights and continuous improvement; coordinate with sales, creative, and analytics teams.
- Mentor and develop a small team to elevate capabilities and results.
- Qualifications: 3+ years in programmatic advertising, hands-on DSP experience, strong analytical and ad‑tech knowledge, and demonstrated leadership.
