Job Description
TCB is seeking an Expert Customer Service Representative in Faisalabad to handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Duties include answering product questions (mattresses, toppers, bedding, clearance), converting chats to COD orders, verifying customer details, providing pricing, discounts and delivery timelines, coordinating with warehouse/dispatch, managing complaints, returns and follow-ups, maintaining daily records, and adhering to SOPs.
- Requirements: Minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred); fluent Urdu; basic English advantageous.
- Experience in CSR or online sales and familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Facebook Pages, and Instagram DMs preferred.
