Job Description
Hire My Tech seeks an experienced Patient Service Representative to join our remote Pakistan team. This full-time position operates US Central hours (6:00 PM–3:00 AM) and handles scheduling, cancellations, patient recalls, email and live chat responses, connecting patients with providers, completing patient files and uploading documents into the EMR, and coordinating with team members to resolve patient concerns.
As the first patient touchpoint, the ideal candidate will have excellent English communication, a welcoming professional demeanor, a solid understanding of HIPAA, and prior US/UK healthcare call center experience—preferably 2+ years.
