Job Description
Confidential employer seeks a Dispatch Manager to oversee daily dispatch and fleet operations. You will supervise a team, coordinate routes, enforce transport regulations, manage dispatch procedures, and resolve operational issues promptly. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3–5 years’ experience in dispatch/logistics including 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Familiarity with ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. Strong organizational skills, meticulous documentation, clear communication, and the ability to perform under pressure are required. This is a full‑time, in‑person role offering up to Rs110,00 per month.
