Job Description
The Kidney Centre invites applications for a Patient Welfare Officer. The ideal candidate is a university graduate (Master’s preferred). Healthcare experience is advantageous; recent graduates are welcome.
- Provide counseling and emotional support to welfare patients
- Conduct physical assessments to determine welfare eligibility
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation
- Coordinate patient support services and external referrals
