Job Description

We are seeking a professional Taxi Dispatcher to manage ride requests, assign drivers, monitor vehicle locations, and ensure timely, safe transportation. The role demands clear communication with drivers and customers, prompt handling of schedule changes and emergencies, and accurate record keeping.

• Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong English communication, ability to multitask under pressure, basic computer and GPS skills, knowledge of U.S. routes and landmarks, and flexibility for nights and weekends.
• Experience in dispatch or customer service preferred.
• Work arrangement: full-time, hybrid (office/dispatch center in Lahore), five days per week with three remote days. Competitive salary based on experience; benefits possible.
