Job Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. You will coach teams on Scrum practices, coordinate with stakeholders, and help ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track progress, identify and resolve blockers, and promote a collaborative, results-driven culture.
- Coach teams to improve productivity and product quality.
Qualifications: 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments or relevant certification (CSM/PSM), excellent communication skills, a servant-leader mindset, and experience with Jira or similar tools.
