Job Description
Samad Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd seeks a dedicated Farm Supervisor to manage all farm operations from sowing through cultivation and harvesting. Responsibilities include applying fertilizers and pesticides as required, operating tractors for field work and harvest, and reporting per-acre yields and any operational issues to senior management.
- Education: Matriculation and intermediate-level education
- Experience: 5–6 years of hands-on agricultural experience
