Job Description
Star Fabrics invites an experienced HR Manager to lead comprehensive HR operations. The role includes implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and selection, optimizing hiring processes, tracking HR metrics (turnover, cost-per-hire), and overseeing attendance and payroll. The manager will maintain HRIS and employee records, address employee grievances, conduct exit interviews, set objectives for the HR team, review departmental budgets, and ensure timely responses to employee requests.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (or equivalent)
- Experience: 8–10 years in HR
- Employment: Full-time, on-site
- Salary: Rs100,00–Rs120,00 per month
