Job Description
We seek an experienced FTTH Manager (5–6 years) to lead O&M and field operations for GPON, metro, carrier, and metro-access networks. This in-person role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong technical and coordination skills.
- Oversee OFC rehabilitation/upgrades, ring completion, contingency and traffic diversion planning.
- Arrange fiber pairs, replace problematic aerial sections, and prepare p-deposit bills.
- Coordinate with government authorities; perform PAT before takeovers.
- Execute PMR repairs; produce daily/weekly/monthly cable cut and PMR reports.
- Update GIS/KMZ cable routes, manage stores/tools replenishment, and close audit observations to improve SQIs.
Salary: Rs90,00–Rs120,00 per month.
