Job Description
Octopus Digital Network is hiring a full-time, in-person Night Shift Customer Service Representative starting 01/01/2026. Salary: Rs35,00–Rs60,00/month.
- Professionally handle inbound calls and chats; respond to inquiries; provide product and service information; process orders and complaints; document and follow up on cases.
- Resolve customer issues, escalate and coordinate with internal departments for priority cases, and report case closures to your line manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining professionalism under pressure during night shifts.
- Requirements: strong communication in Urdu and English, fast and accurate typing, ability to browse and identify locations, and proficiency with computers and common applications.
