Job Description
Binrafiq Textiles is seeking a Male Color Matching Specialist to support textile printing operations and ensure accurate, consistent color reproduction.
- Perform color and shade correction; adjust ICC profiles (CMYK & Lab).
- Prepare and manage TIF/PSD/AI files in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Run print trials, coordinate sample approvals, and match digital designs to printed fabrics.
- Ensure color consistency across production runs; document corrections, profiles, and settings; verify substrates and printing parameters.
Requirements: strong ICC/CMYK/Lab knowledge, textile printing experience, proficient Photoshop/Illustrator skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Education: Matric/Intermediate. Experience: 2–3 years in shade matching. Full-time, in-person. Salary from Rs40,00/month.
