Job Description
Derm Innovative seeks an experienced Senior Territory Manager to drive sales and cultivate strong relationships with dermatologists across an assigned territory. This full-time, in-person role is responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, presenting and promoting dermatology products, executing promotional campaigns, collecting market feedback and competitor insights, and mentoring junior territory managers when assigned.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2–3 years pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably with dermatology doctor exposure.
- Skills: excellent communication and negotiation, target-driven, self-motivated, and able to build professional clinical relationships.
