Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Assistant Flexo Operator to support flexographic printing operations. Duties include preparing plates and inks, loading substrates, monitoring press quality, making basic adjustments, performing routine cleaning, and assisting lead operators to achieve production targets. Candidates should possess mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read production specifications. Willingness to work flexible shifts is required. Prior printing or flexo experience is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. Candidates must adhere to safety procedures, work collaboratively within a team, and maintain consistent attendance.
