Job Description
Gourmet Foods seeks an experienced Powder Plant Supervisor to manage evaporator, spray dryer, and packing operations. The supervisor will drive production targets, enforce food safety and quality systems (GMP, HACCP), monitor process parameters to minimize losses, and oversee equipment operation and troubleshooting. Close coordination with QA and Maintenance teams is required to ensure consistent product quality and uptime.
- Qualifications: Diploma in Dairy, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 6–10 years in dairy powder plant operations.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site position.
