Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ceramic plant machinery, including kilns, dryers, hydraulic presses, ball mills, conveyors, elevators, and glazing lines. Duties include fault diagnosis, repairs, assisting with installation, alignment and commissioning, and upkeep of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gearboxes, pumps, valves, and compressors. Maintain accurate job cards and logs, ensure compliance with safety procedures and SOPs, coordinate shutdown maintenance, and support reliability improvement initiatives. Candidates must possess hands-on ceramic process experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, industrial safety awareness, and the ability to work shifts.
