Job Description

We are seeking a full‑time, in‑person Market Development Executive based in Multan to drive pharmaceutical sales and territory growth. Required: Bachelor’s degree (Pharm‑D, Business Administration, or related field). Experience: 2+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred; fresh graduates will be considered.

Key skills: strong product knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, self‑driven and resilient attitude, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify and convert business opportunities; execute territory plans
• Engage healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors; perform product detailing
• Grow and manage accounts, report market intelligence, and support brand activities
• Ensure regulatory and company compliance

Salary: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month.
