Job Description

Steps Ahead Private Limited is seeking a disciplined Sales Officer based in Sargodha to grow business with wood furniture, construction materials, corrugated carton, and flexible packaging clients. Responsibilities include promoting adhesives and inks, assessing customer needs, proposing technical solutions, building long-term client relationships, and tracking market and competitor activity.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 1–2 years field sales experience (adhesives/chemical products preferred); must work on-site.
• Compensation: Basic PKR 50,00 plus allowances and benefits. Full-time position.
• Essential: proven ability to prospect, close sales, and maintain accounts.
