Job Description
Truck It In is transforming the $25 billion road freight market in Pakistan through our innovative Uber-for-freight model. We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive within our Fulfillment vertical to improve logistics and operations for over 1 million freight operators.
Your Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships within the freight market.
- Oversee and coordinate logistics and customer service operations.
- Develop and maintain connections with drivers and transporters.
- Address customer complaints and evaluate dispatch efficiency.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of logistics experience, alongside strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
