Job Description
ProtoCall Outsource, a premier inbound contact center partnering with taxi companies across the UK, is currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Contact Centre Representatives.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls, assist with booking requests, address customer complaints, and maintain accurate and high-quality records.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, strong problem-solving abilities, availability for flexible hours, and preferably have prior experience in customer service.
Location: Phase 6, Bahria Town, Islamabad.
Salary: Competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00 to Rs90,00 per month, with comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement.
