Job Description
Hasnain Tanweer Associates (HTA) is seeking a qualified Mechanical Supervisor for our Hattar Haripur location. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate a team of mechanical technicians and maintenance staff while ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems are executed efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising mechanical technicians and maintenance personnel.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conducting inspections and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Maintaining records and collaborating with other departments.
- Training and mentoring team members.
- Implementing preventive maintenance programs and suggestions for improvements.

Requirements: 2-4 years of relevant experience; DAE in Mechanical Engineering.
