Job Description
Meta IT Services (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a proactive Female Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations by managing calls and emails.
- Engage with customers to address their inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer feedback.
Location: Remote (available throughout Pakistan)
Salary: 50,00 to 60,00 PKR per month
