Position Summary:
Nestlé is seeking a dedicated Team Leader Operations to oversee both inbound and outbound activities at our Distribution Center. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team, facilitating effective decision-making and managing daily operations.
Your daily responsibilities will include optimizing workforce efficiency, coordinating transport logistics, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing best warehouse practices.
The ideal candidate will possess an MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, relevant experience in Distribution Operations, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules”.
