Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in Call Center or BPO recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding applicants for various roles, including customer service, sales, and operational positions. A solid understanding of high-volume hiring processes, candidate evaluation techniques, and employer branding is crucial for this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Work Location: On-site in Johar Town from 2 PM to 11 PM
