Job Description
Elite HRSP is currently seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to lead our facility’s operations and maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will possess between 10 to 15 years of extensive building management experience along with demonstrable leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain building systems, supervise staff, respond to tenant inquiries, oversee budget management, and ensure adherence to health regulations.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree, 10–15 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills are essential.
