Job Description
IT Empire is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated CRM Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with developing and executing CRM strategies, maintaining accurate and current customer data, analyzing data to create targeted segmentation strategies, and streamlining CRM automation and sales processes.
Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline, coupled with 6 months to 1 year of experience in CRM management or administration. Proficiency in CRM systems, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities are mandatory for success in this role.
