Job Description
LOKAL Ventures (Pvt.) Ltd is in search of a Customer Support Team Lead who will oversee, support, and train our Customer Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and analyzing KPIs, creating weekly rosters, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and optimizing current systems to enhance performance. A comprehensive understanding of our products and services is crucial for this role.
Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, along with 1 year of experience in a junior managerial position in customer support, or 3-4 years in operations. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, are required.
