Job Description
Link HR Consultants is looking for a meticulous Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing both month-end and year-end closing processes, and overseeing property transaction accounting.
Key responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive records of rental income and expenses, assisting in budget preparation, tracking financial variances, and conducting financial modeling for real estate projects. This position also requires support during audits, financial due diligence, and regulatory reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
