Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Authorization and Pharmacy Specialist to join our team at SYNC BPO in Lahore. The role involves managing prescription refills, liaising with patients and pharmacies, and verifying eligibility for ophthalmic medications. The work hours are from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field, 1-2 years of relevant experience, and a strong knowledge of ophthalmic medications are essential. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
