Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is seeking a dedicated Patient Collection Associate to manage billing and collections effectively. In this role, you will ensure precise invoicing and timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Billing Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices.
- Verify invoices for accuracy prior to dispatch.
- Maintain organized billing records.
- Process credit memos and enhance billing procedures.
- Manage online payments effectively.
- Professionally address customer inquiries.
Collection Responsibilities:
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Monitor overdue accounts.
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Requirements: 1 year of Medical Billing experience and proficiency in English.
