Job Description
Eastgate Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist. In this vital role, you will be responsible for promptly responding to incoming calls, emails, and chats, while aiming for a remarkable 70% first-call resolution rate. Your ability to handle customer complaints with empathy will contribute to our goal of achieving an 80% customer satisfaction rate.
Key responsibilities include documenting technical issues, keeping abreast of product information, and proactively engaging with customers to identify their needs. Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and over 1.5 years of call center experience. Fluency in English is essential. This position is based in Lahore and requires in-person attendance.
