Job Description
Three Percent Pakistan is looking for a meticulous and quality-focused Quality Assurance Specialist to join our night shift team. In this role, you will assess customer interactions through various channels, including calls, emails, and chat messages. Your responsibilities will entail providing constructive feedback and analyzing service metrics to enhance our quality standards.
This full-time position operates from 7:30 PM to 3:40 AM, five days a week. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00, along with one paid leave after the completion of the probation period.
