Job Description
BBG Professionals is seeking skilled candidates to enhance our Chartered Accountancy practice in the role of Admin Officer. The working hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM, with possible adjustments depending on workload. We offer competitive salaries that align with market standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register clients on the firm’s database and various software programs.
- Draft engagement letters for a range of services.
- Submit Accounts and Tax Returns online.
- Manage administrative tasks, including email correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and UK authorities, both via email and verbally.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA, M.Com, B.Com, BBA (Hons), BSc/MSc, or equivalent.
- Experience with UK businesses is preferred.
- Strong IT and communication skills; proficiency in spoken English is a plus.
