Job Description
Iberianz (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the Chat Support Executive role in our Karachi office. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin their careers in a dynamic and supportive workplace.
In this position, you will engage with customers via live chat, delivering accurate information and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong written English skills, a typing speed of at least 30 WPM, and a willingness to work shifts.
This full-time role offers evening shift hours and a salary of up to Rs15,00.00 per month, which is negotiable during the interview process.
