Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented female candidate to join our team as an HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and retaining top talent, providing training to our Sales & Marketing team, and overseeing payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing timely reports on team performance
- Maintaining and verifying records of new hires
- Promoting and executing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Marketing.
Salary: Rs40,00 – Rs60,00 per month
