Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Guide clients in software installation and troubleshooting.
- Facilitate training sessions on software functionalities.
- Work closely with the development team.
- Document client inquiries using JIRA.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a minimum of 2 years of software support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts.
