Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will verify customer orders, address inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers through phone and social media, managing data entry tasks, and tracking deliveries.
Qualifications: Candidates aged 18-25 with at least 1 year of e-commerce experience are preferred. Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proximity to Federal B Area is a plus.
Salary: Competitive compensation ranging from Rs20,00.00 to Rs25,00.00 per month.
