Job Description
Closet is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Address inquiries and complaints with a high level of professionalism.
- Provide assistance with product information, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Salary: Rs 25,00 to Rs 30,00 per month.
